Blue Shade is an original composition by New York based Canadian guitarist Alex Goodman featuring Ben Van Gelder, Martin Nevin and Jimmy Macbride. The piece is a contemporary modern jazz tune with some of the leading young jazz artists to have recently come out of New York and is considered compositional modern creative music.
