As the curtain closes on the centennial year of legendary jazz trombonist JJ Johnson, rising star Nick Finzer pays tribute with his new big band single "Say When". Finzer, hailed as one of the top young trombonists in jazz, channels Johnson's bold, virtuosic style in this uptempo original Johnson composition.

With its swinging rhythms, powerful brass harmonies, and Finzer's dazzling solo, "Say When" celebrates the enduring influence of Johnson and the big band tradition.
